1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Marwah Hypermarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Scope
We provide grocery and hypermarket goods delivery services exclusively to Muzairah, Masfout, and Hatta. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are to be placed via the official Marwah Hypermarket WhatsApp number. Payment terms, including accepted methods (e.g., Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery), will be confirmed during the order process. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery Policy
We strive to provide the fastest delivery possible. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund for products that are damaged, expired, or incorrect, subject to verification.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marwah Hypermarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman.
